“Power Take Off” is a dynamic, high-energy band that embodies the essence of rock

music. Comprised of a father-son duo, Scott and Ayden, along with a talented lineup

of musicians, “Power Take Off” is on a mission to captivate audiences everywhere

with their unique brand of music.

The inception of “Power Take Off” can be traced back to the year 2019 and

developed during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Scott Theis

(pronounced: Tyce), a fourth-generation farmer and truck driver, and his son Ayden

Theis, a remarkable, now, 17-year-old drummer, came together in their basement

studio to create music that would eventually define the band's sound.

Scott’s experience in the music industry as a drummer, turned lead singer, serves

the band's leader. Ayden, following in his father's footsteps, brings a youthful

energy and passion to

Power Take Off, making him a driving force behind the band's success. The band's

lineup also includes Ethan "Hank" Schluter on guitar, Mary Ellen Jenson on piano

and keys, Mike "Cowboy" Delp on guitar, and Jakob "JR" on bass guitar. Together,

they form a cohesive unit that

delivers electrifying performances that leave audiences in awe.

The band is excited to be releasing their self-titled EP on Stryker Records. The new

EP is scheduled to release on September 27th and will be distributed by Virgin Music

Group (UMG). Their first single “All the No’s” is scheduled for radio across the

country starting September 24th. “All the No’s” is an uplifting song about believing

in yourself, following your heart, and not taking “NO” for an answer!

“Power Take Off”, otherwise known as “The BIG little band from Barneveld

Wisconsin”, has had the honor to work with some of the most talented people in the

Music industry. On the upcoming release you will hear the talents of producer Scott

Wilson of Saving Abel, John Lousteau (Chief Audio Engineer at Studio 606), and

Pierre De Reeder of 64 Sound.
