“Fever Breaks”; the latest single from Nashville, TN’s The Great Affairs, is an ode to the foolish indiscretions of youth, when we acted first, and thought (twice) about it later.

Tearing a page from the Power Pop handbook and muscling it up with heavy guitars & a pounding rhythm section, the track comes in like Rick Springfield on steroids, boasting a soaring hook atop a bed of lush harmony vocals, and jangly, arpeggiated chords.

Mixed by the band’s long-time Producer/Engineer Michael Saint-Leon, “Fever Breaks” is single #2 in the run-up to the forthcoming ‘Sleepwalker’ LP, due in 2023.
