Leeds-based Italian-born artist Stella Wembley presents her single 'It's Ok I'm Ok" , a two-track release with gothic , dark pop and synth-pop influences. A vocalist, lyricist, composer, music producer and video director, Wembley is a rising star of the UK dark synth and gothic scene. The first track has a more stereophonic sound, with synths arpeggios looping in the background, a minimal yet retro synth line, looped drums and deep bass synths. The vocals are sensual, mysterious , yet powerful, highlighting the wide vocal range of the singer, as well as mastering of dynamics. The chorus conveys both sadness and happiness, with conflicting emotions bringing back memories from the past.
